The Piedmont Park Arts Festival Promises a Weekend of Fun to All Residents
The Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces is thrilled to announce the return of the Piedmont Park Arts Festival on August 18th and 19th. This year's two-day event will feature 250 painters, photographers, sculptors, leather and metalwork artisans, glass blowers, jewelers and crafters.
With an emphasis on the visual arts and family fun, the ninth annual event will once again be held in Piedmont Park, one of the most respected and beautiful public parks in the City of Atlanta. In addition to the numerous artistic displays, festival attendees are invited to enjoy artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, an expansive artist market, children's play area, festival foods and beverages, games and much more.
Named as one of the Top 100 Arts Festivals in the Nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine, the Piedmont Park Summer Arts Festival will uphold the highest standards while offering participating artists a nurturing and appreciative community environment.
The Piedmont Park Arts Festival is free to the public and open to all ages. Pets are welcome. Parking is limited, so attendees are encouraged to make use of public transportation. ATMs and information tents will be on-site.
Although we provide the utmost luxury at The Reserve Collier Hills Apartments in Atlanta, Georgia, we realize that you need to get out and socialize with those in your surrounding community. This event gives you the chance to do just that! Don’t hesitate to attend today!
